Il grande volley internazionale farà nuovamente tappa a Napoli. Dopo che la CEV (Confederazione Europea del Volley) ha assegnato all’Italia l’organizzazione dei gironi di qualificazione ai prossimi Europei Under 20 maschili e Under 19 femminili, la Fipav ha scelto nuovamente di affidarsi al C.R. della Fipav Campania avallando la candidatura di Napoli come sede del doppio evento. L’appuntamento è fissato dal 31 marzo al 3 aprile prossimi quando al PalaVesuvio di Ponticelli e al PalaDennerlein di Barra, si sfideranno 8 tra le migliori nazionali giovanili europee. Il girone maschile in programma al PalaVesuvio dal 31 al 2 aprile, vedrà sfidarsi le nazionali di Italia, Portogallo, Spagna e Svezia. Nel girone femminile, in programma invece al PalaDennerlein, dal 1 al 3 aprile, si sfideranno Italia, Portogallo, Olanda e Germania. Dopo il successo sportivo e organizzativo ottenuto in occasione del doppio test match tra le nazionali femminili di Italia e Germania svoltosi sempre al PalaVesuvio di Ponticelli lo scorso 19 e 20 settembre, la Fipav ha fortemente voluto puntare sulla capacità organizzativa del C.R. campano presieduto dall’avvocato Ernesto Boccia. Una dimostrazione di come si stia lavorando all’ombra del Vesuvio per riaccendere definitivamente l’entusiasmo del popolo del volley della Campania: “Siamo pronti per questa nuova sfida – ha esordito il presidente Ernesto Boccia – convinti di riuscire ancora una volta a rispondere con efficienza e professionalità alla fiducia riposta nel nostro comitato da Cev e Fipav. Valore aggiunto a questa manifestazione sarà il calore, unico, che solo la nostra gente sa regalare in occasione di questi grandi eventi sportivi. La Campania è finalmente tornata al centro del panorama pallavolistico italiano ed ora intende imporsi anche a livello internazionale. Portogallo, Spagna, Svezia, Olanda e Germania troveranno un’accoglienza unica ed indimenticabile. La macchina organizzativa sta già lavorando per offrire ai tanti appassionati uno spettacolo unico. Peccato però che chi dovrebbe consentire che questi Grandi Eventi siano di stanza a Napoli è ancora assente.
